Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment requests and confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not confirm your appointment. You will receive a separate confirmation from Daw Mi once your request has been reviewed, usually within 2 business days.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact Daw Mi as early as possible. [To confirm — process and notice requirements]
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made with sufficient notice. Please refer to the notice periods below.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellation and fees

Payment
